All of our apparel is made to order. This means your items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on the product, design, manufacturer, and current order volume.

Orders With Multiple Items

If you purchase multiple items, your order may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at different times.

Some items may take longer to produce than others, and our products may be made by different manufacturing or fulfillment partners. Because of this, you may receive one item before the rest of your order.

You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails and tracking information when each package is shipped, when available.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing times are separate from shipping transit times. An item must be made and processed before it can be shipped.

Estimated processing and shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production volume, manufacturer delays, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Repentz Racing is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. Repentz Racing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery location.

No Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled after purchase. Please review your items, sizes, colors, and shipping address carefully before completing your order.
